Hatchkin Support

Hatch time is intentionally hidden. Warm, Mist, and Turn give your Egg care and gentle progress while keeping the hatch a surprise. Hatching never requires a purchase.

Choose the Egg or Hatchkin you want to watch, start its Live View, and confirm Live Activities are allowed in iOS Settings. Dynamic Island presentation requires a supported iPhone; other supported devices can show the Lock Screen Live Activity.

Reopen Hatchkin on a stable connection and use any recovery option shown in the app. Server-backed actions are designed to resume without spending or granting twice.

Progress is recoverable after the Haven has been protected with the account-protection option in Hatchkin. Sign in with the same Apple account used to protect it.

Reopen the Haven Store on a stable connection and use Restore Purchases when available. Do not repeatedly purchase to resolve a pending delivery. Contact us with the approximate purchase time, app build, and device model. Never send payment-card details or Apple account credentials.

No. A Button Pouch does not feed, heal, revive, protect a streak, change Egg odds or rarity, or create a stronger Hatchkin.

Open Hatchkin Settings and choose Delete Account. The app will ask for confirmation before requesting deletion of the account and its associated Haven data. Apple manages App Store purchase history separately.
