What Clarity Vault Stores

Clarity Vault stores the notes, folders, attachments, and app settings that you choose to create or import. The app is designed around plain Markdown files so your notes remain portable and understandable outside the app.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, read, sell, rent, or share the contents of your notes. We do not track your writing, searches, links, files, voice notes, browsing activity, or vault structure for advertising or resale.

Sync and Storage

If you choose to store or sync a vault using iCloud Drive, local folders, external drives, or another storage provider, that storage path is controlled by you and by the provider you choose. Clarity Vault does not operate a cloud service for your notes.

Telemetry

Clarity Vault does not include tracking telemetry by default. If telemetry, diagnostics, or analytics are added in the future, they will be opt-in, clearly described, and limited to improving the app. We will never sell, take ownership of, or repurpose your note data.

Apple Diagnostics

Apple may provide developers with crash reports or App Store diagnostics depending on your device and Apple account settings. Any such reports are used only to understand app quality and fix issues.
